Christopher Stephan De Leon was born November 1, 1978 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He moved from Chicago to Fort Worth, Texas prior to the start of high school, but called both cities home.
A graduate of Nolan Catholic High School, he earned his degree from The University of Texas at Arlington, although an ardent and loyal fan of Texas A&M.
Christopher began his career at the Bass Hall while in college, working his way up from the Box Office to the Director of Information Technology. He was an avid sports fan and enthusiastically rooted for the Texas A&M Aggies, the Dallas Cowboys, the Dallas Stars, the Texas Rangers, and the Chicago White Sox. He also loved to travel to Mexico or across the United States, and frequented games at various baseball stadiums.
His kindness, optimism, and quick-wittedness brought joy and laughter to those around him.
He is survived by his parents, Dr. Frank and Catherine De Leon; brother, Patrick De Leon; sisters, Sara De Leon (Josh Riley) and Dr. Emily De Leon (Jeff Bieda); his nephew and niece, Kylan and Kynli Riley; his paternal grandmother, Frances Madonna; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
